Working from home is not an easy task, it’s even tougher when your friends and family do not take your telecommuting adventure seriously. Several work at home moms and dads experience the stereotypes which show that those who work from home do not have a real job and have a lot of free time on their hands. Working from home consists takes a lot of time and energy out of a person to make sure their projects are in before a deadline. Many individuals receive calls throughout the day from their friends, snide comments from family members, and spouses who think you are supposed to juggle the house and kids while you are working. Telecommuting is basically taking a job home with you. You are an employee of a company and basically do the same job as you would if you went to work every day, you just do it from your home. There are many benefits to telecommuting to both the employee and employer.
